Was it appropriate to hold this week's Raj Parishad Central Conference?

PLZ. READ TO THE END: If it is the issue of legality of the conference then the court is there to resolve it. But, if the issue is about the appropriacy then we must say it was appropriate time to hold the meeting. It's not that I'm blindly supporter but it has a logic. The Raj Parishad is constitutionally constructed to provide suggestion to the HMK when he asks. It does not mean that the officials of Raj Parishad has authority to give personal suggestion but it should represent the overall national variables that might be political or non-political. Raj Parishad's provision is only for providing suggestion to the king not to take any decision on behalf of him. Let me put a question here "is it possible to provide suggestion without study?" and "is it good that the official give their personal views as suggestion?". No, so to know the public opinion, Raj Parishad Central Conference is the right way. But, it must be complimentary to the Multi-party Democracy, not the substitute to it. Therefore, it has no meaning to blindly support or oppose the conference but making it in favor of democratic system and in favor of people is meaningful. In this point, our leaders are failed again. In place of participating on the conference and representing people they just escaped out. Its a PITY and unfortunate for we all. Comments are welcome to my e-mail.

DEMOCRACY - IN THE TRUE SENSE SHOULD AND MUST ALLOW EVEN THE KING TO HOLD A MEETING OF HIS COMMITTEE - WHY SHOULD HE AND HIS FOLLOWERS NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO HOLD SUCH A MEET??? IF GP KOIRALA, SB DEUBA, MK NEPAL, PSJB RANA, ETC., CAN HOLD THEIR PARTY MEETINGS, THEN WHY THE HELL ON EARTH CAN HM THE KING NOT HOLD SUCH A MEET - AFTER ALL WE ALL KNOW THAT THEY ARE NOT PLANNING THE DESTRUCTION OF NEPAL!!!! THEY ARE SIMPLY TRYING TO HOLD A MEETING AMONGST MONARCHISTS!!!

It is not the time up to hold the meeting like this. Instead, we need to focuss on aggregation of ideas among the people to resolve the peace problem in Nepal. It has been a high time when we had suffered alot and we don't want anymore this violence. And better not these events that apart the king and parties would go on this time in Nepal.

We must learn to respect other institutions. When you talk of decocracy you should be very open ended- allow others to do with their free will. Institutions are also the same. If the political parties can heat up the street against the constitutional provisions then they do not hold the right to talk about CONSTITUTIONAL... It is they (political parties) who first stood in the path of the constitution. All the parties and those on the street should introspect and assess what they have done in the past. This does not, in any way, mean that the Raj Parishad Central Conference in against the constitution but I want to be assertive about one thing and that is unless and until one can evaluate what is right and what is wrong in ones own conduct one should not be presumtious in stipulating at the job that others do. MEND YOURSELF (Street Protestors), AND THEN COME UP WITH IDEAS THAT PEOPLE CHERISH. BEST OF LUCK.

UML needs to learn more about meaning and practice of democracy. They were leaders just by thowing bricks at cops not by graduating in political science, so their brain is full of cowdung. Listen, in democractic country King has equal rights like corrupted congress and corrupted UML party. Get life leaders. Don't drive people in blindness because you don't know anything.

the bloody leaders always run for their personal achievement. they need every single power in their hand so that they can sell this country. king is the main obstacle for them. so they always try to defame the king. also the medias r helping political leaders. they make scandle of small things. this is the same. NO 4 YOU ARE RIGHT. ANYBODY CAN HOLD A MEETING IN DEMOCRACY - WHY NOT?? AFTER ALL TRUE DEMOCRACY MEANS - FREEDOM OF SPEECH AND FREEDOM OF MANY OTHER THINGS AS LONG AS THEY ARE NOT VIOLENT!!! IT WAS NON OTHER THAN THESE TWO-FACED LEADERS WHO BOOTED OUT OR IMPRISONED PRACHANDA & BABURAM 12-14 YEARS AGO!!!! HAD THEY BEEN LEFT ALONE AND GIVEN A CHANCE TO SPEAK, HISTORY WOULD HAVE TAKEN ITS OWN COURSE - WITHOUT ANY BLOODSHED!!!!

Nothing wrong with that as far as people's right is not robbed. Suggestion for you all, you guys seriously needs some genuine leaders who can act rather than talk.
